The Balloons honor the major donors and volenteers of the project and circle the entire merry go round area.
The clown depicts Nancy Morris in her own clown suit and was painted by Rachelle Schneider. Rachelle also put in a lot of work on stenciling and other finish up details.
The chariot was carved by Larry Bouta (who also did horse restorations) and was painted by his daughter, Sue Wilson.
