Another wild mustang, this one sports a Crow Indian shield and arrow quiver as well as beads, bear claws and other Indian ardornments. Notice the sign of T. L. C. C. - Tender Loving Carousel Care. The Great Northern Carousel operates year around, and when the figures need touching up, the row is roped off for some downtime.
